Account Deletion Request

If you no longer wish to use Pahunchar and want to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems, please follow the simple instructions below.

Method 1: In-App Deletion

You can delete your account directly from within the Pahunchar app:

Open the Pahunchar app and log in to your account.
Go to Profile > Settings.
Tap on Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.

Method 2: Email Request

If you have uninstalled the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please send an email to our support team.

Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Phone Number]
Body: Please delete my account associated with the phone number [Your Phone Number used in app].

Request via Email

Note: Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your order history, saved addresses, and active wallet balance (if any) will be irrevocably erased.
